入口挡板对旋风分离器内流动分布影响的试验研究

运用七孔球探针对直切型旋风分离器及入口加挡板结构进行了流场的测量,并对其内部流场进行了研究,指出了随挡板角度变化,流场的变化规律,结果表明随挡板角度变大,切向速度提高,切向速度峰值位置沿径向外移,下行流的轴向速度提高,上行流的轴向速度降低.     

氨汽提法尿素装置中压甲铵冷凝器防结垢工艺优化

针对氨汽提法尿素装置中压甲铵冷凝器管侧冷却水结垢的问题,对2套解决方案进行了比较,选用蒸汽冷凝液密闭循环冷却方案对循环冷却水系统进行了工艺优化设计.     

工艺冷凝液氨回收中压汽提塔在动力系统的应用

介绍了中压汽提塔冷凝液氨回收的工艺流程、主要设备;分析了试车和生产运行中出现加压泵气化、冷凝液换热器封头泄漏、中压汽提塔塔盘脱落等问题的原因;提出了加压泵壳体上增设排气阀、冷凝液换热器封头垫片表面整体镀银、中压汽提塔塔盘加防转片等项改造措施;结果表明：通过技术改造冷凝液可作为脱盐水利用,合成氨产量增加2 t/d。     

空间可见光相机的杂散光分析与抑制

当空间可见光相机对地物目标进行成像时,视场内外的辐射会引起像面上产生杂散辐射,从而降低相机的成像质量,严重时可能会造成相机无法正常工作。为了提高相机的成像性能,介绍了可见光系统中杂散光的产生机理及其抑制措施,建立了相机的光机模型,分析了系统的杂散光,改进了遮光系统的设计。利用建立的杂光系数测量装置测量了相机镜头的杂光系数,并验证了建模分析结果。     

10％Cr型超超临界转子钢冶炼工艺研究

通过冶炼工艺试验研究,成功解决了10%Cr型超超临界转子钢低Si、低Al的成分控制及脱氧问题,并实现了化学成分的稳定控制,生产出了质量优良的百吨级电渣钢锭,检验全部合格。     

Validation of scales measuring attitudes, self-efficacy, and intention related to smoking among middle school students.

Attitudes toward smoking, self-efficacy to avoid smoking, and smoking intention, widely cited correlates of youth smoking prevention, are often measured in large-scale youth tobacco surveys. The psychometric properties of these scales have not been well studied among middle school youth. We examined the factorial, discriminate, and convergent validity of these scales among sixth to eighth graders from a convenience sample of 22 Texas middle schools (51.2% female; 51.21% White, 32.1% Hispanic, 16.9% African American, and 8.8% Other; 67.8% nonsmokers, 21.9% experimental smokers; 3.3% former smokers; and 7.6% current smokers). Confirmatory factor analysis and invariance testing suggest that smoking attitudes, self-efficacy, and intention have evidence of construct validity in this multiethnic sample, and the scales are appropriate to assess these constructs among middle school adolescents. Additional studies are needed to establish additional evidence of validity of these constructs in other middle school samples and other subgroups (e.g. current, experimental, and former smokers). The role of veterinarians and feed-store vendors in the prescription and use of antibiotics on small dairy farms in rural Peru

This study aimed to describe and compare the role of veterinarians and feed-store vendors in the use of antibiotics on small dairy farms in Cajamarca, Peru, a major dairy-producing center characterized by small, rural farms with poor, mostly uneducated farmers. We used a purposive sampling strategy to recruit 12 veterinarians into 2 focus group discussions and supplemented these data with 8 semi-structured interviews with feed-store vendors. Participants reported that inappropriate antibiotic usage was widespread among their clients, which may prevent the efficient use of drugs on farms where animal disease can be devastating to the livelihood of the farmer. Participants also identified many barriers to appropriate prescribing and use, including availability of drugs, competition from other prescribers, economic constraints and habits of farmers, and limited farmer knowledge of drugs and disease. Veterinarians expressed mistrust toward nonprofessional prescribers, whereas feed-store vendors felt that veterinarians were important partners in promoting the health of their clients’ animals.
